I know they are dropping the new Bronco in 6 days, but this shows a lot of it in action
My wife is in love with the two door without the roof. I like it more than the 2 door Wrangler as well. I am very interested in drivetrain and suspension options.

The 2-door with a 5.0 and a stick would be the only way to win me over

As long as the tow specs match the Ranger, I’d take the 2.3L Ecoboost.

I’m not hearing V8 in any of this.
Maybe down the road?
So this gives Ford the opportunity to hype to the hilt the availability of a V8 in a couple of years. Interest will have calmed down by then. Ford will need something besides murdered-out editions and electric gas caps to keep the hype coming. Plus, it will surely find many Bronco owners trading in their 2.3-liter Bronco for a V8. That’s two conquests for every one customer.

I love stick, but I don’t think I’d love it in this vehicle. I think it might have a 2.3L Turbo with a stick.
Thad ad is amazing - I want a red 2 door with white fender flares and a white removable roof.

Needs to be a V8 for me. I dont want a turbo 4 in my offroader.

I want nothing to do with any turbo from Ford

Think a modern iteration would look as good?

Between the quality of my 2010 GT, my neighbors turbo ford escape shitting its timing belt tensioner with 60,000 miles on it, and my ex-wifes gigantic pile of shit FoST im inclined to agree.

How long until we get a Bronco pickup variant?

I’d be surprised if the tow rating was that high.

Sure do have a lot of shots of people just walking.
I guess they’re getting everyone ready for the Ford ownership experience.

Do nt you miss your WJ though?

I miss the rumble of the V8 and the wide side-mirrors.

At the press reveal next week , they need to dim the lights and play this ad, then at the end transition to the OJ chase footage . Then have OJ’s Bronco morph into the new body style. Then have it drive off-screen, and right as it does that a white Bronco drives on stage and everybody goes crazy .
They would double launch sales just by doing that. I would buy one.

I do. That is the screengrab from the video. If you didn’t tell me I was looki ng at the new one, I couldn’t tell.

They should have launched it on OJ’s birthday as they planned.

There are rumors of Bronco being a brand, not a model. Maybe electric pickup, to be different from the Ranger and F150?

That’s the old one! Trying to give you some heritage feelings at the beginning.

Would I prefer a V8? Sure. 2.7L V6 sounds pretty good though.

Hah, I fell for it. That is not stock ride height or wheel/tire combo of the old one, so it got me good.

I swear t he mirrors on my 07 S197 were off the F150 they were so huge. My overland has a borla cat back on it and it sounds glorious.

Have you heard the raptor with the 3.5 ecoboost? It sounds horrible.

I didn’t mean it has a nice sound, I meant that the 2.7v6 sounds good as a potential engine.
